The primary soils are Bryce silty clay (46.8%, PI 120), Swygert silty clay loam (26.9%, PI 118), and smaller areas of Clarence silty clay loam and Mona silt loam, giving the tract a weighted average PI of about 116. The tract is non-pattern tiled. Reported yields show strong corn production averaging around 222 bu/acre (2021–2023) and soybean yields averaging about 58 bu/acre.
